Don’t you just love the rich colors and fantastic designs? I think Pat really struck gold with this fabric line and I’m so happy to have it!
We’re having the broker’s open house tomorrow and an open house for the public on Saturday. Lots of flyers have been removed from the box, and we’ve seen people driving by slowly to look, but there haven’t been any official showings as yet. Got to keep those positive thoughts flowing!

Hope the tour and open house are a BIG success . . . . keeping my fingers crossed *s*
Those fabrics are yummy! Can't wait to see your finished wall hanging. Re: house....remember that it only takes 1 person and your first offer is usually the best one. Gee, you'd think I was a realtor with that sage advice. LOL
Wishing you a speedy sale. I know you feel like you're on display with a For Sale sign out front.
Perfect fabrics!
Good luck on your Open House.
Those colors are luscious. For some reason, I think "fall" when I see them.
This I've got to see, the fabrics are wonderful and I just love the print, how cute!
Good luck with the open house! Don't forget to have something with cinnamon in the oven, or bake bread :)
Wow, those fabrics absolutely do match your stitchery! I can't wait to see your quilt when it's done!
The colors of the fabric are perfect!
Leave all the blinds/curtains open and all the lights on! A nice natural yummy smell would be good too. I wish you well!
I will keep the success of the open house in my thoughts!!
I love Pat's Arabella line! Good choice! Can't wait to see how it all looks put together!
Good luck on the next step in your housing adventure!
Thank you for for the best show and tell. I enjoyed you exciting purchases!
Wow, those fabrics are gorgeous!!
Gorgeous fabrics that will look smashing with your stitchery project!
Living in a glass bubble while your house is on the market is no fun at all. Been there, done that. Good luck with both open houses. Bake something yummy so your house has that "wanta live here" feeling.
Oh yes, glorious goodness on the fabric and We'll keep up the power of positive thinking for you. I've asked Kanga Bucket, Kingston and Kippy to assist. The boys - they're no help at all. Dogs! :)
wrd vfy: wargon which is one of the "lesser" noble gases. hee!
I do love those colors that you chose to go along with your poem. Will be a joy to sew.
Best wishes for that open house!
Perfect fabrics!! Hope you have a buyer soon. I know you want to get out to Squash House.
